How do I use my new bong or vaporizer?
So you just bought something and you’re not quite sure how it works. Maybe it’s your first time picking up a dab rig. How long does it take for my order to process?
After you place your order, you will receive an email confirming that we received the order. You will receive a second email with tracking information that will be sent out separately (within 24-72 hours) as soon as the product is on its way to you. Once processed, orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. Exceptions include: after holiday weekends, peak/busy influx of orders, stock outs, or delivery address issues. If it is a delivery or stock issue, we will contact you within 24-72 hours.
Have you shipped my package yet?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number included inside. If it has been over 4-5 business days and you have yet to receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number, please check your spam folder or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number.
Where is my package?
Orders can take up to 2-3 business days to process. If you order on a weekend (Friday after 5 PM – Sunday, or a holiday, your order will be processed starting the next business day since our warehouse/shipments are closed on the weekend and on certain holidays.
Can I cancel my order?
If an order has already been shipped out and in transit, the order cannot be canceled. You can return the item after you receive it.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally. We only ship to the United States. Canada is an exception, and we will fulfill Canadian orders. Please take note, customers cover shipping costs for Canadian orders.
Do you offer overnight shipping or expedited shipping?
We do not offer overnight shipping. We can accommodate expedited shipping in certain situations. Please contact us in advance to see if a product’s shipping can be expedited.
How long does it take to ship my order?
We ship all items priority 3-5 day delivery. Depending on where you live (AK, Hawaii, PR, some states on the West Coast) it can take 6 days for your smoking accessories to arrive.
My tracking number isn’t working
It can up to 24-48 hours for your tracking number to update after your order is picked up.
My shipping address was entered incorrectly. Can I change it?
If you notice your shipping address was entered incorrectly, please write support immediately with the updated/correct version. We cannot promise that we’ll be able to update the shipping information in time.
My email address has changed. Can I fix it?
Yes. Please send an email to email@example.com and we can lend a hand.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES & DAMAGES
My item is damaged. What do I do now?
If your item(s) from Kannakart arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, do not try to fix it or use it. Kannakart offers free exchanges on any/all item(s) affected. If you receive damaged or defective item(s) please reach out immediately to firstname.lastname@example.org or fill out the form below. All damaged & defective related inquiries must be received within 4 days of delivery date.
- Item(s) must be in original, brand new (unused) condition.
- Item(s) must be shipped back and received by us within (17) days of the original delivery date.
- Must include two clear images of the damaged product.
- Must include a brief description of the problem.
Your replacement item(s) will ship as soon we have confirmation that the defective product has been shipped.
What is your return policy?
Before placing an order through our store, we recommend carefully researching the product you intend to purchase. If you get your item and you have changed your mind, we ask that you write us immediately upon receipt (or within two weeks) and include a photo of the item to show it is not damaged OR used. DO NOT USE IT! Any return/exchange must be unused and in brand new condition. There are no exceptions to this rule. You cannot use it in any way.

I don’t like the color. Can I exchange/return it?
We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging and condition within 4 days from the date the product arrived. The product must not be broken or tampered with. If the product has been used we cannot accept a return. No exceptions. Please note that there is a 15% restocking fee for items returned due to buyer preference. Kannakart will offer a full refund or store credit for products returned due to buyer preference. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable in this case. I received the wrong item!
In the highly unusual event that you have received a wrong item do not use it. If you use the item, in any regards, we cannot refund or exchange the item. Please include your order number and two clear pictures of the wrong item with the support request or email. I didn’t receive all of my items!
First off, DON’T PANIC. Chances are your item has shipped from a different warehouse location and it is on the way! At any rate, email email@example.com with your order number and the item you are missing from your order and we can help you out.
Do you offer discreet shipping?
Yes, we offer discreet shipping! You will receive a brown box or envelope with a shipping label on the outside. We do not include the Kannakart name or logo on the shipping label or anywhere on the outside the box, meaning your new purchase is safe from your nosey neighbor or family member.
What are your support hours? Do you do phone support?
We are available from Monday – Friday 10am-10pm EST and will get back to you within 24 hours during normal business operations. We monitor emails temporarily on weekends. If there is an emergency, we will contact you ASAP. All general questions will be answered the following business day.
