Refund and Exchange Policy

Did you receive a damaged or defective item?

If your item(s) from Kannakart arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, do not try to fix it or use it. Kannakart offers free exchanges on any/all item(s) affected. If you receive damaged or defective item(s) please reach out immediately to support@kannakart.com or fill out the form below. All damaged & defective related inquiries must be received within 4 days of delivery date.

  • Item(s) must be in original, brand new (unused) condition.
  • Item(s) must be shipped back and received by us within (17) days of the original delivery date.
  • Must include two clear images of the damaged product.
  • Must include a brief description of the problem.

Your replacement item(s) will ship as soon we have confirmation that the defective product has been shipped.

 

Did your item break while using it?

We recommend that you contact the manufacturer directly. They will be able to issue you a replacement if the product is under warranty, if it is not they will assist you with trying to fix your device. If the manufacturer does not resolve the problem, contact Kannakart and we will assist you further.

 

Did you receive the wrong item?

In the highly unusual event that you have received a wrong item do not use it. If you use the item, in any regards, we cannot refund or exchange the item. Please include your order number and two clear pictures of the wrong item with the support request or email. You can email your support request to support@kannakart.com or by filling out the form below.

 

Need to return an item for any reason?

We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging and condition within 4 days from the date the product arrived. The product must not be broken or tampered with. If the product has been used we cannot accept a return. No exceptions. Please note that there is a 15% restocking fee for items returned due to buyer preference. Kannakart will offer a full refund or store credit for products returned due to buyer preference. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable in this case. How long will it take to process my refund?

Kannakart will process your refund within two business days from the day we receive the return, provided it meets with the terms of our return policy. We cannot accept used items under any circumstances

  • We will refund you using the same method you used to pay for your order, or via store credit.
  • Item must be returned within 17 days of receipt, in the original condition and packaging
  • We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit to us, therefore we recommend holding onto your shipping receipt
  • We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange on a return if it does not meet the conditions of our returns policy
